Raymond Conner


Mr. Ray Conner joined the Carrix board of directors in 2019.

Prior to joining the board of directors for Carrix, Mr. Conner served as vice chairman of The Boeing Company and a member of the Boeing Executive Council until he retired at the end of 2017. He was also president and chief executive officer of Boeing Commercial Airplanes from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, Mr. Conner received the Living Legends of Aviation award for “Lifetime Industry Leadership.”

Through a career of 40 years with Boeing, he was head of sales, marketing and commercial aviation services, served as vice president of sales for Boeing Commercial Airplanes and as vice president and general manager of Supply Chain Management and Operations for The Boeing Company. He began with Boeing in 1977 as a mechanic on the 727 program.

Other positions Mr. Conner held include vice president of Boeing’s Propulsion Systems Division, director of Finance and Information Systems for the Materiel Division of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, deputy director of Major Outside Production and Program Participants, and of International Business Operations, both in the Materiel Division.

Mr. Conner is also member of the board of directors of Adjent (formerly Johnson Controls), Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air (Alaska Air Group), and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bellevue. He is also on the Board of Trustees at Central Washington University.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and a bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University.
