New downtown location expands marine terminal operator’s presence in the city’s thriving cruise industry

September 10, 2026 — SSA Marine, one of the world’s largest independent marine terminal operators and North America’s leading cruise terminal operator and service provider, today announced the opening of a new office in Miami, deepening the company’s long-standing commitment to the Florida cruise industry.

Located adjacent to Bayfront Park in downtown Miami’s Southeast Financial Center, the new office places SSA Marine’s cruise division leadership team at the center of the world’s largest cruise market and closer to the cruise lines, port authorities, and customers it serves.
