June 25, 2026 - Today we are pleased to release the 2025 Carrix Sustainability Report, detailing our company’s continued commitment to environmental stewardship, operational excellence, and responsible business practices across our global operations and business units, including SSA Marine, Rail management Services, and Tideworks Technology.

“At Carrix, we are committed to advancing a more sustainable and resilientglobal supply chain through collaboration with our employees, customers,partners, and the communities in which we operate,” stated Carrix CEO Uffe Ostergaard in his introduction of the 2025 report. “Our actions in 2025 reflect our continued evolution from planning to implementation – scaling sustainability projects, strengthening global coordination, and making steady progress toward our goals.”

This progress included:

·      Achieving a 30% reduction in Scope 1 and 2greenhouse gas emissions intensity from our 2022 baseline.

·      Advancing new decarbonization initiatives aligned with our long-term targets of reducing emissions intensity by 35% by 2030, and 50% by 2035, including deployments of new electric vehicles and cargo handling equipment, as well as expanding use of renewable fuels. 

·      Securing more than $300 million in federal andstate grant funding to date to advance equipment electrification, emissionsreduction, and terminal modernization projects across our network. 

·      Contributing more than $1.1 million toward community programs and initiatives, positively impacting over 400,000 beneficiaries globally.
