The Pier F, Berth 206 breakbulk facility can handle a varying range of breakbulk and neo bulk cargos, either from lift on/lift off (LoLo) vessels or roll on/roll off (RoRo) vessels.

Location: On Pier "F" Ave., Berth 204-207 in the Port of Long Beach

Cranes: 1 40-ton ship-to-shore gantry crane

Truck Gates:

  • 1 main gate
  • 2 railroad gates

Rail Services: 2 of the 4 berths at Pier F have direct rail alongside ship, allowing for direct transfer to/from rail. The facility is serviced by the PHL railroad. (This is a beltline with direct connections to Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) and Union Pacific (UPSP) railroads.)

RoRo Services: Available

Heavy Lift Service: Available

Transit Shed: 2 large transit sheds totaling 400,000 sq. ft.

Driving Directions

From I-710 South:
  • Take the Exit towards Pier F-J/Queen Mary
  • Merge onto South Harbor Scenic Dr.
  • Take the Pico Ave. Exit towards Pier F & G
  • Stay straight to go onto South Pico Ave.
  • Turn right onto Harbor Plaza
  • Turn left onto Pier Ave.

From Downtown Long Beach:
  • Turn onto Queensway Bridge
  • Turn slight right onto Queensway
  • Take the Harbor Plaza East/Harbor Plaza West ramp
  • Take the ramp towards Piers A-G S T
  • Merge onto Harbor Plaza
  • Turn left onto Pier F Ave.
