There are currently three container operators working with self sustaining vessels: Dole, Chiquita and Crowley with weekly service to Central America. There is a 150,000 square foot public warehouse facility available on the East Pier.  There are some open areas available for lumber, steel or project cargo storage, and 2-100 ton Gottwald mobile harbor cranes are available.  The channel is dredged to 36 feet. There are four berths in working condition. The port has funding for continued development and is looking for new maritime partners to build to suit for their needs.
