There are currently three container operators offering weekly service to Central America. A 150,000 square foot public warehouse facility is available on the East Pier.  There are some open areas available for lumber, steel or project cargo storage, and 2-100 ton Gottwald MHC are available along wtih a Liebherr LHM 550 120 ton capacity.  The channel is dredged to 32 feet. Four berths are in working condition. The port has funding for continued development and is looking for new maritime partners to build to suit for their needs.
