Logistic Services is designed to handle a wide variety of cargo, but recently added a state of the art truck marshalling yard to our facility, with the ability to hold 325 containers. Other container services include transferring between barge, rail, storage, stuffing and stripping. LSI's Columbus operation has a barge loading/unloading system capable of handling lumber, steel coils, cement clinker, limestone, coal, wood chips, bark, long logs and pulp. Our 40 ton barge crane is covered to allow all weather working and also serves a 70,000 square foot warehouse from rail or barge.
