Carrix is the parent company of SSA Marine and its affiliated entities, as well as companies that offer services outside of marine terminal services, including RMS (Rail Management Services) and Tideworks Technology. SSA Marine, and before that SSA and Seattle Stevedoring, has long been the public face of the company and its various service offerings.
Carrix was branded to better communicate the breadth of service offerings that the company is able to provide to our customers around the world. While the roots of the company lie in marine terminal services, we have capabilities that extend across all aspects of transportation gateway solutions.
